Welcome to the inaugural Cryo Nerve Block Summit

This first edition marks an important milestone in our shared effort to advance Cryo Nerve Block (cryoNB) therapy and elevate perioperative pain management. More than an event, the Cryo Nerve Block Summit symbolizes the partnership AtriCure wants to build with each attendee.

The program brings together a multidisciplinary group of experts to explore current practices, emerging strategies, and the latest evidence surrounding cryoNB therapy. By convening leaders in cardiothoracic surgery, anesthesia, and enhanced recovery, we aim to foster open exchange, practical learning, and collaboration that continues well beyond Barcelona.

CryoNB therapy continues to gain importance as healthcare teams seek durable, opioid sparing pain management solutions. Its ability to provide sustained analgesia, reduce systemic medication needs, and support earlier mobilization makes it a valuable component of modern perioperative pathways. Through shared insights and collective experience, we hope to further refine its role and expand its impact on recovery and long term patient outcomes.

Throughout the Cryo Nerve Block Summit, you will have the opportunity to discuss multimodal approaches, explore evidence-based techniques, and collaboratively examine how cryoNB therapy can best support effective postoperative pain control.

We look forward to the collaboration ahead and to building a meaningful, long-term partnership focused on improving patient care together.

For those unable to attend in person, the session recordings will be accessible on-demand shortly after the event.

We look forward to welcoming you and fostering insightful discussions!

Kind regards,

Geoff Stevens
